7. Returns and Refunds

Return or refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery and are subject to our Return Policy.
Goods that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return unless defective.

Defective or incorrect items must be reported with photographic evidence for review. If approved, Viking Paradise may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at its discretion.
